Description
The creamy white flower plumes adorn this grass from spring onwards. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and grows up to 35 cm wide.
Growth habit
Clump-forming.
Water
Water regularly and allow the soil to dry out in the meantime.
Location
Preferred location in a sunny to semi-shady position.
Soil
Normal soil.
Planting time
Container plants can be planted all year round, except when the soil is frozen and in summer heat (over 30°C).
Care
- This plant should not be cut back in autumn, as it looks pretty in winter or the dead plant parts serve as winter protection. Only prune in spring before new shoots appear.
- In harsh locations, sun protection is only recommended in the event of frost.
Flower
The creamy white flowers appear from May to June.
