Care
Too much fertiliser harms the herb flavour! Herbs are well cared for in planters if they are given herb fertiliser once in spring. When planted out in the garden, a dose of compost at the start of the season is sufficient.

Flower
Ruta graveolens forms yellow-green flowers from June. These exude a pleasant fragrance.
