Description
This upright, stocky growing shrub usually reaches a height of 0.5 - 1.5 metres and a width of 0.5 to 1.5 metres. A semi-shady (to shady) location and a well-drained, nutrient-rich, acidic soil create optimal conditions for healthy growth.

Synonyms (botanical): Rhododendron obtusum 'Geisha Momoko', Rhododendron obtusum 'Momoko'.

Kirishima azalea 'Geisha Pink' is upright and compact in structure.
Water
Water regularly and allow the soil to dry out in the meantime.

The pink, funnel-shaped flowers appear from May to June. These grow to about 2 - 3 cm in size.
