Description
The green and white flower spikes adorn this grass from summer onwards. Under favourable conditions, this grass reaches a height of approx. 60 cm and grows up to 40 cm wide.

Pennisetum villosum can reach a height of 40 - 60 cm and a width of 30 - 40 cm.

Preferred location in a sunny position.

Standard container plant soil. Normal soil.

Planting time
Container plants can be planted all year round, except when the soil is frozen and in summer heat (over 30°C).

Flower
The green-white flowers appear in spikes from July to October. These grow to about 8 - 10 cm in size.
