Monarda fistulosa 'Mahagoni' forms lip-shaped, purple-red flowers arranged in whorls from July. These exude a pleasant fragrance.

Planting: Autumn, depending on variety also in spring.

Care
- The plant must be protected from winter moisture. - If watered less frequently but thoroughly and thoroughly, the plant roots are stimulated to penetrate into deeper soil layers.
