Growth habit
Winter heath is a bushy, dense and creeping dwarf shrub that can reach a height of 15 - 40 cm and a width of 30 - 50 cm.

Location
Preferred location in a sunny to semi-shady position.
Soil
Erica carnea thrives on all acidic, sandy, peaty and boggy soils.
Planting time
Container plants can be planted all year round, except when the soil is frozen and in summer heat (over 30°C).
