Growth habit
Golden clematis 'Corry' is a climbing plant that can reach a height of 2.5 - 3.5 m and a width of 1.5 - 2.5 m. Slow-growing.

Water
Water regularly and allow the soil to dry out in the meantime.

Location
Preferred location in a sunny to semi-shady, wind-protected position.

Soil
Normal soil.

Planting time
Container plants can be planted all year round, except when the soil is frozen and in summer heat (over 30°C).

Tasks
- Apply compost: In the period from November to December - Pruning: In the period from the beginning of March to the end of March.

Care
- A slow-release fertiliser can be used in spring. This releases the nutrients slowly and continuously so that the plant is evenly supplied over a longer period of time. - If the plant is watered less frequently but thoroughly and penetratingly, the plant roots are stimulated to penetrate into deeper soil layers. This helps the plant to survive periods of drought. - Cut back boldly in spring so that the plant grows compactly.

Flower
The golden-yellow, bell-shaped flowers appear in June. These grow to about 4 - 5 cm in size. With the right care, re-flowering from August to October.

The silvery fruits of Clematis tangutica 'Corry' are particularly decorative. Adheres for a very long time.
