Growth habit
Alpine clematis is a creeping, climbing plant which can reach a height of 0.5 - 3 m and a width of 1 - 1.5 m.
Water
Water regularly and allow the soil to dry out in the meantime.

Preferred location in semi-shady to shady position.

Planting time
Container plants can be planted all year round, except when the soil is frozen and in summer heat (over 30°C).
