Description
The green flower spikes adorn this grass from summer onwards. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows up to 80 cm wide.

Growth habit
Overhanging.

Water
The plant needs plenty of water. Do not allow the soil to dry out.

Location
Preferred location in semi-shady to shady position.

Standard container plant soil. Normal soil.

Container plants can be planted all year round, except when the soil is frozen and in summer heat (over 30°C).

Care
The faded inflorescences should be cut back. This measure encourages new growth.

Flower
The green flowers appear in spikes from June to July.
