Description
This upright, compact growing shrub usually reaches a height of 60 - 90 cm and a width of 60 to 90 cm. A semi-shady (to shady) location and a humus-rich, lime-free soil create optimum conditions for healthy growth.

Container plants can be planted all year round, except when the soil is frozen and in summer heat (over 30°C).

Care
- Yellow leaves on rhododendrons can be a sign of too high a lime content in the soil. Iron and magnesium fertiliser, for example, can help. - This plant should only be watered with lime-free water. Rainwater is particularly suitable for this purpose. - Cut back frozen shoots to the healthy wood as soon as there is no longer any danger of frost.

Flower
The orange, pink, red, white, funnel-shaped flowers appear from May to June.
